Our Mission

To further the kingdom of God by providing high-quality, Christ-centered educational services that foster a love of learning, all while maintaining affordability.

Our Values

  • Being confident in standing up for our Christian beliefs, no matter the circumstances, is a foundational part of our faith. Therefore, a bold faith must be rooted in a deep understanding of what we believe and why. This comes from reading the Word of God daily.

“Then Paul dwelt two whole years in his own rented house, and received all who came to him, preaching the kingdom of God and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, no one forbidding him.” - Acts 28:30-31 NKJV

  • God commands us to love. This type of love in the Bible is not just a feeling or emotion, it is an action and it sometimes requires practice and sacrifice. It is a type of love not concerned with oneself but concerned with the good of others. We have been created by and serve a loving God, and we will ultimately thrive when we can properly learn to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and love our neighbor as ourself.

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” - Matthew 22:37-39 NKJV

  • We are able to have empathy for others when we recognize and share their emotions. Putting ourself in another person’s shoes allows us to have compassion for them even when we have perhaps not experienced the exact thing they are going through. Either way, we should share the comfort and hope we have received from Jesus Christ.

“Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.” - Romans 12:15 NKJV

  • God desires to use us all in big ways! However, we must be responsible and faithful with the smaller tasks we encounter daily. These tasks could be anything from helping a neighbor to completing our homework. We are called to use our time, talent, and treasure to serve others and bring glory to Christ. Everything we do and have is a gift from God.

“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.” - ‭‭Luke‬ ‭16‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬

  • God equips us all with unique gifts and talents to serve others and fulfill His purpose. Each gift we have received, God gave to us for the purpose of serving others. Even Jesus Christ, the Son of God, humbled Himself by coming to serve others instead of being served.

“Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.” - ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬ NKJV

  • God promises to be with us in all seasons of our life. No matter what, the Lord is always faithful and He calls us to encourage and build up one another. We can encourage one another by sharing the ways God has already worked in our hearts and lives and the ways He continues to answer our prayers and provide our needs every day.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” - Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV

  • The last command Jesus gave his disciples before he ascended back to heaven and our most important calling on this earth is to share the Gospel with those around us. To do that, we must live a life modeled on the teachings of Jesus.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.” Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV

Our Philosophy

At Blessed Beginnings Education, we believe teaching is about understanding God’s creation and His providence. Each subject area taught — reading, writing, math, science, history, and more — is intentionally interconnected to lead students to a greater understanding and appreciation of God’s glorious design.

We believe that no matter the age, we are all continually learning. Our goal is to inspire a love for learning that extends far beyond the classroom and sparks each student’s God-given imagination to explore all aspects of His intricate creation.

Education is not a one-size-fits-all discipline. We remind every child that God has created them each with unique gifts and challenges, and that He has a purpose for their lives. We strive to meet each student’s academic, cognitive, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. By regularly assessing each child’s understanding of concepts presented in a session, we continually adapt our approach to best serve their needs.

Creating a welcoming space for learning is crucial. Every session is an opportunity where a child can learn without fear of failure and a place where they can succeed based on their individual efforts, talents, and interests.

We believe that personal relationships with each of our students and their parents are key to the success of students soaring academically. This is done by getting to know the students as individuals so we can appropriately support and challenge them academically. Parents are one of the most important resources in meeting the individual needs of each student. We value regular communication with families through email, phone calls, conferences, summary worksheets, and more.

Ultimately our mission at Blessed Beginnings Education is not only for every student we teach to thrive academically, but also for every student to learn that they are loved as they have been created in the image of God with the purpose of developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
